Originally designed to be a futuristic prototype, the 1967 Lamborghini Marzal was fully functional, and even driven by Princess Grace and and Prince Rainier III during Monaco's Formula 1 Grand Prix during the same year. Named after a breed of bulls bred for bullfighting, the Marzal is designed to be extreme in all aspects: sharp, sleek lines all over, with transparent doors that open like wings. Like a haute couture show, the concept car was designed to inspire future generations of more marketable and attractive luxury cars.
