'Oystermen' by Marco Casagrande is a work of enviromental art at a beach in Kinmen, Taiwan, specially designed to integrate with the natural landscape over time. Four freestanding sculptures stand on the water, six meters tall at low tide, and half covered by waves at high tide. The Oystermen are made from stainless steel and have solar-powered caps that let them glow as day turns to night. Eventually, Casagrande intends for them to become part of the seascape and be covered in oysters.
