French Art Director Emilie Guelpa has made something so beautiful I couldn't bear to eat it. Her Pantone colored dessert tarts were designed for French food magazine Fricote, which features recipes for them in the publication. If I even pulled off baking something this amazing, I would have a serious dilemma about letting anyone near it. However, I strongly await a day when the world's color authority will release some Pantone-approved food dyes.
